Start at Town Hall, continue along Main Street and turn north on 219 until you reach the Volunteer Fire Department's Annual Halloween Party. (attendance at the party is not mandatory - you can Trick or Treat and then head to your favorite haunt....)
PARENTS are responsible for the safety of their children.
