Handcrafts Around the World Fair

This annual event has moved from Pine Meadow Firehouse to the Hurley Business Park featuring vendors selling handcrafted items from the USA and countries around the world.
There will be food specialty artisans and craft artisans. Visitors can speak with artisans to lear more about their products and their crafts. Some artisans are supporting charity projects with proceeds from their sales.
The teacup auction will benefit The Heifer Project (a non-profit that donates farm animals to families in third world countries).
Children are encouraged to attend and learn more about their world. Students in grades K-8 will receive a free, age appropriate packet with activity sheets from around the world, a free flag pencil and an international bookmark.
The Licia and Mason Beekley Library will have a display of the handcrafts with suggested books to match each country or handcraft.
