Conservation Commission

The New Hartford Conservation Commission is made up of eleven members, each member is serving a three year term and is appointed by the Selectmen.  *There are currently a number of vacancies on this Commission, if you are interested in serving please contact the First Selectman's Office at 860-379-3389.

Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:45 PM.
Please be sure to check the Calendar on the home page of the website to insure that a meeting is being held.  Clicking on the date will provide a list of meetings being held that evening, along with agendas that have been posted for the meeting.  Please note that cancellations of meetings does occur and it is best to check on the status of the meeting prior to heading out.
