Historic District Commission

This Commission consists of five members serving five year terms and three alternates serving three year terms, all are appointed by the Board of Selectmen.

This appointed Commission protects and preserves the historic structures and features of the Pine Meadow Historic District; administers the Commission's rules and procedures in a reasonable and responsible manner; interacts with state and national entities on historic preservation issues; and promotes awareness of historic preservation. The Commission is focused on improving contact with District residents, increasing interaction with other commissions and boards, and reviewing the need for expanding or creating new historic districts.
