Join us in an interactive workshop on the C.H.O.I.C.E.S Program (Connecticut's programs for Health Insurance, Outreach, Information, and Eligibility Screening).
This workshop provides an unbiased information and counceling on Medicare, Medigap, Medicare Managed Care, Medicaid, Medicare Savings Program, Long Term Care Insurance and other related state and federal programs.
