 Yoga for Fitness and Mindfulness by Wendy

Focus on the classic poses, building on the basics with emphasis on stretching, strengthening, breathing, and balance.  Wendy is detailed in her instruction, positive and always encouraging participants to stay within their limits.  She creates a judgement-free, non-competitive envirorment in a casual, informal, and fun atmosphere. You will leave the class feeling refreshed, revitalized and relaxed with a sense of calm. This class is appropriate for all levels of students from beginner to advanced.
