In accordance with Governor Lamont's Executive Order 7B related to COVID 19 suspending in-person open meetings, this meeting was conducted virtually. Unfortunately, the audio recording of this meeting on the zoom platform was not available. A recording made by the Board of Finance secretary is being provided, but the audio may not be as clear.
