Early Voting for the November 4, 2025, General Election:
14 Days of Early Voting  October 20 thru 31 and November 1 and 2
10:00 am - 6:00 pm  With Additional hours on October 28  (8:00 am - 8:00 pm) and October 30 (8:00 am - 8:00 pm)
Early voting will be on the 1st floor of the Town Hall (rear entrance - parking lot)

Registrar of Voters

The Office of the Registrar of Voters is run by two part-time Registrars who are elected for a four-year term.  The Registrars administer Elections, Primaries, and Referendums for the Town of New Hartford, CT.  ROVs also conduct an annual canvass of New Hartford Voters and maintain the Town’s voter rolls according to State statutes.

Need to register to vote, change your name, address or party affiliation? You can do so online through the Secretary of the State by clicking here or on the Online Voter Registration link on the Registrar of Voter webpage here. NOTE: You must have a current and valid driver’s license, learners permit, or non-driver photo ID card issued by the Connecticut DMV and a signature on file with DMV.
